Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Deliver technical support for Linux-based servers, ensuring stability and performance of the environment.
Diagnosing and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and services; namely Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificate management, containers
Managing OU related activities
Identify and resolve system issues through troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures.
Monitor system resources and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects involving Windows infrastructure.
Document procedures and configurations, contributing to the knowledge base.
Maintain accurate and current documentation of installation settings, specifications, and floor plans.
Regular maintenance of Server infrastructure, overseeing enhancements and upgrades to server and applications.
