Job Description
We are looking for a skilled TEST LEAD with 5 to 10 years of experience to handle individual responsibilities and lead a group of testers. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of testing fundamentals, agile ceremonies, and processes.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead a team of testers to achieve product testing goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing of products to ensure quality and reliability.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably as a lead.
- Strong knowledge of testing fundamentals, including black box and white box testing.
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
