Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD) to ensure the quality and reliability of our enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation frameworks, functional testing, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements and translate them into test scenarios for Dynamics 365 MSD modules.
Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium, C#, or equivalent frameworks.
Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for D365 applications.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify defects and ensure timely resolution.
Integrate automated tests with Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous testing.
Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Skills & Experience
36 years of experience in automation testing, with at least 2 years in Dynamics 365 MSD.
Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, C#, SpecFlow, or similar).
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools.
Strong understanding of D365 modules (Finance, SCM, Sales, etc.).
Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
Experience with Power Platform and RPA tools.
Familiarity with performance testing tools and security testing practices.
Soft Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
