Role & responsibilities
Drive insurance sales through BTL activities, references, and leads generated via affinity tie-ups.
Increase the top of the sales funnel by conducting periodic BTL activities across natural markets, RD support, and corporate worksites.
Regularly contact qualified prospects to maximize face-to-face meetings.
Follow a need-based selling approach using financial needs analysis.
Ensure timely and rigorous follow-ups on all active prospects.
Update, manage, and enrich prospect data in LMS / VYMO systems.
Track individual performance metrics such as meetings %, conversion %, and process efficiency in LMS/VYMO.
Generate referrals from existing prospects and customers to build a strong personal pipeline.
Assist customers with medical formalities and documentation for smooth policy issuance.
Ensure all procedural and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
Track logged policies to ensure speedy issuance and high customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Minimum 1 years in sales (Life Insurance / Bancassurance preferred)
Location: Local candidates preffered
Age: Up to 35 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred
Stability: Strong employment stability in previous organizations
Skills:
Strong direct sales and field sales experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
