Job Description
- Create and execute marketing campaigns using CleverTap, including audience segmentation and multi-channel deployment (Push, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Review and manage the campaign approval process to ensure accuracy in data filters, content, and scheduling
- Coordinate with content and design teams to communicate campaign requirements and timelines
- Review and validate campaign creatives and messaging before uploading on CleverTap
- Support campaign costing and budgeting exercises based on channels and products used
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with Push Notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (CleverTap preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
