    Role Overview: Senior Recruiter (3+ Years Experience)

    Were looking for a Senior Recruiter who brings hands-on recruitment expertise and is eager to take on greater ownership and impact. If you have 3+ years of strong experience in tech and non-tech hiring, this role gives you the opportunity to grow into a leadership path, mentor junior recruiters, and contribute to delivering top-tier talent to our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing to offer rollout, across technical and niche roles.
    • Use modern sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray searches, social media platforms) to identify and engage top talent.
    • Closely collaborate with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
    • Mentor junior recruiters by sharing best practices and helping them improve sourcing outcomes.
    • Track and improve key hiring metrics like interview ratios, screening quality, and offer-to-joiner conversions.
    • Deliver consistently as per our 54321 recruitment benchmark:
    • 5 profiles shared
    • 4 client screens
    • 3 interviews
    • 2 offers
    • 1 joiner
    • Ensure timely and quality delivery to maintain Wroots standing as a Top 3 vendor across all active clients.

    Who Should Apply:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to technical hiring.
    • Proficiency in passive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean/X-ray search.
    • Good understanding of tech roles, industry terminology, and hiring workflows.
    • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and stakeholders.
    • Passionate about talent acquisition and open to growing into a leadership role.
    • Team-leading experience is a plus but not mandatory.

    Key Skills Required:

    Recruitment & Sourcing:

    • End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout)
    • Passive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean/X-ray search)
    • Candidate engagement and relationship management
    • Job portal expertise (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.)

    Technical Knowledge:

    • Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Full Stack, Data Engineering)
    • Familiarity with non-tech and niche roles across domains
    • Knowledge of hiring processes across different industries (BPO, IT Services, Product, Startups)

    Recruitment Metrics & Delivery:

    • Interview-to-selection and offer-to-joiner ratio optimization
    • Experience working towards hiring benchmarks and SLAs
    • Hands-on with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools

    Communication & Collaboration:

    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Stakeholder management and client coordination
    • Team mentoring or peer training experience (preferred)

    Tools & Platforms:

    • LinkedIn Recruiter & LinkedIn X-ray
    • GitHub and Stack Overflow (for technical sourcing)
    • Job boards and sourcing aggregators
    • Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting

    Soft Skills:

    • High ownership and accountability
    • Goal-oriented and performance-driven
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving
    • Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
