- As a Project Lead based in Kolkata (Onsite - Saltlake) with over 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing task planning, allocation, and tracking for development projects. Your expertise in LAMP stack development (Laravel, CodeIgniter), API security, mobile development (Flutter/Firebase), and AI technologies like OpenAI and Gemini will be essential for the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate task assignment and project timelines to ensure efficient project planning and execution. - Track progress and provide timely updates to management on task statuses for effective decision-making. - Oversee secure API design and integrations to enhance project functionalities. - Lead team collaborations, sprint planning, and mentorship to ensure a cohesive working environment. - Guide the development of scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud test labs for seamless project deployment. - Manage mobile development using Flutter/Firebase and integrate AI technologies into projects for enhanced functionalities. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; PMP/Scrum Master certification is a plus. - 3+ years of experience in LAMP stack development (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and REST/GraphQL API design. - Proficiency in mobile development using Flutter/Firebase, along with experience in AI integration (OpenAI, Gemini). - Strong expertise in LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), API development, and security best practices. - Experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and scalable solutions. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Desired Attributes: - Strong multitasking and project management capabilities. - Proactive approach to task allocation and project delivery. - Ability to adapt to new technologies, particularly in web, mobile, and AI.
