Job Description

     

    • Manage end-to-end operations for assigned client accounts and ensure smooth delivery

    • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and virtual assistants

    • Onboard new clients and VAs, ensuring clear alignment on expectations and deliverables

    • Track daily operations, task completion, timelines, and quality benchmarks

    • Monitor VA performance, productivity, and adherence to SOPs

    • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements

    • Handle escalations, resolve client concerns, and ensure high satisfaction levels

    • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Sales, Support) for seamless operations

    • Maintain operational documentation, workflows, and reporting

    • Ensure compliance with Wishups service standards and SLAs
