Job Description
We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven International Voice Process Sales Professionals who are passionate about customer interaction and closing deals. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced global environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound/inbound international sales calls professionally
- Pitch products/services to international customers and close sales
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow compliance and quality guidelines consistently
- Build strong rapport with customers for repeat business
Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in International Voice Process / Sales
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts and graveyard shifts
- Sales-driven mindset with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus)
