1 Managing IT hardware and software like VISTA Application Server, TMS Server, Digital Signage, Cinema Server, Projector, Sound, Network, WAN, CCTV, & Desktop/Laptop.
2 Managing all IT equipments like POS, Desktops, Kiosks, Printers, LCD's, LED Walls, EDC, and other IT equipments.
3 Managing P&S equipments including special formats 4DX, IMAX, Onyx, ATMOS, services troubleshooting and ensuring P&S environment to be live and working 100% .
4 Creating and running shows with 100% success rate. (Includes day to day TMS Management according to schedule, movies, KDM ingestion, show creations, add schedule update)
5 Troubleshooting and application support to internal clients. (Windows, SQL, Office, Adobe or any enterprise software
support to user )
6 Maintaining log of each incident and building knowledge base document (Management of MAXIMO, call logging and timely closure of calls as per SOP, shift handover)
7 Managing KDM and content availability from vendor (Check schedule, follow-ups with service providers or programming
team for content and KDM)
8 Preparing daily, weekly & monthly report (Maintain lamp hours, lamp stock consumables, update of spare stocks )
9 Managing cinema IT P&S team, their roaster planning along with site operations team.
