JD:

• DevOps Specialist Lead with 5+ Years GitHub Actions ,Azure Devops, Azure Services CICD Migration Template Development
• Design and architect GitHub Actions workflow templates for diverse application frameworks Java NET Python Nodejs both for Azure and on-prem writing workflows in YAML using reusable templates. Lead migration strategy from existing CICD tools Jenkins Azure DevOps TeamCity to GitHub Actions
• Create standardized templates for build test security scanning and deployment pipelines
• Establish GitHub Actions governance security policies and organizational workflow standards
• Design application onboarding automation and self service capabilities for development teams
• Architect integration patterns with cloud platforms Azure AWS and container orchestration systems
• Define branching strategies approval workflows and environment promotion processes for GitHub Actions
• Create infrastructure as code templates using ARM Terraform Azure PowerShell and Azure CLI for automated deployments
• Establish monitoring and observability patterns using ELK Prometheus and Grafana integration
• Design disaster recovery and backup strategies for GitHub Actions workflows and organizational settings
• Proficiency in integrating and consuming REST APIs to achieve automation through scripting
