Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced CRM Executive with strong exposure to the logistics industry. The role is focused on handling CRM leads, sharing quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing business. The candidate will play a key role in revenue generation and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage leads from the marketing and business development team
  • Update and maintain all leads, follow-ups, and deal status.
  • Understand client requirements related to courier and domestic logistics services
  • Share rates, pricing, and quotations with clients via email and phone
  • Conduct regular follow-ups until successful deal closure
  • Handle client queries, objections, and rate negotiations professionally
  • Close existing and ongoing leads and update final status in CRM
  • Coordinate with operations and billing teams after deal closure for smooth execution
  • Maintain proper sales documentation and records
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales reports

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales / CRM / business development.
  • Must be currently working or previously worked in a logistics company.
  • Hands-on experience in domestic logistics services is compulsory
  • Candidates from non-logistics industries will NOT be considered
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when required

Preferred Skills

  • Proven track record of lead handling and deal closure
  • Experience dealing with corporate, institutional, and government clients
  • Target-driven, result-oriented, and self-motivated mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
