Job Title: Observation Coder / QC (ED Facility)

Experience: 2-5 years

Location: Chennai

Certification: AHIMA / AAPC Mandatory

Notice Period : Preferred Immediate joiner to (15days)

Mode of interview : Virtual

Responsibilities:

- Assign accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes for ED observation patients

- Review medical records and ensure coding compliance

- Collaborate with ED physicians and clinical staff

- Stay updated on coding guidelines and regulations

- AHIMA / AAPC certification (preferred)

- 2-5 years of experience in ED/observation coding

- Strong knowledge of ED coding and guidelines

- Good analytical and communication skills
