Job Description
Walk-in drive for Freshers & Analyst for Defined Benefits-Noida
Role & Responsibilities for Freshers role:
- Candidate should have basic MS office knowledge.
- Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
- Maintain positive and proactive communications in delivery of assigned benefit plan for employees.
Role & Responsibilities for Analyst role:
- Understand all aspects of assigned US Defined Benefit in manual calculations in order to effectively provide customer service.
- Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
- Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements.
- Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits.
- Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts(5:30Pm- 3:00AM)
- Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days work from office.
- Only Non technical graduates can apply.
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- For Analyst role,candidate should have minimum 2 years of US Defined benefits experience
