EMI/EMC Testing in Automotive domain @ FEV

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Hands-on experience of component and vehicle level EMI / EMC validation & certifications that includes preparation of test plan, procedure, executing test, collecting observations, root cause analysis and report preparation
• Working knowledge on automotive tools like CANoe, INCA etc.
• Depth understanding of EMI / EMC test set-up like ALSE chamber and equipment like antennas, spectrum analyzers, power amplifiers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters, ohm meters etc.
• Depth understanding of automotive electronics, vehicle architecture, and sub-systems / components integration
• Hands-on experience on teardown, replacement of parts / wiring harness on the vehicle will be beneficial
• Coordination and travelling among different EMI / EMC labs within India. Flexible to work as per test lab shifts
• Software: MS Office, Vector CANoe, INCA
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in various homologation testing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in EMI/ EMC testing in automotive domain
