Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for process audits, soft skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Conduct classroom sessions, online webinars, and one-on-one coaching to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets business objectives.
- Analyze training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in corporate training or a related field (process training).
- Strong understanding of OJT (On-the-Job Training), TNA (Training Needs Analysis), TTI (Training Transfer Index), Throughput Improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse groups of people at all levels.
