Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement IT systems and solutions for healthcare management services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT systems and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for IT security and data protection.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on new IT systems and solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT principles, practices, and technologies applied to healthcare management services.
Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
