Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement IT systems and solutions for healthcare management services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT systems and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for IT security and data protection.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on new IT systems and solutions.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of IT principles, practices, and technologies applied to healthcare management services.
- Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
