Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Job Scheduling Specialist with hands-on experience in RunMyJobs in SAAS platform and integration across SAP, BTP, Hana cloud , SAC and GCP environments. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing job scheduling workflows, developing custom scripts, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain job scheduling workflows using RunMyJobs.
- Establish and manage connections with SAP, BTP, and GCP using catalog connectors and REST API.
- Implement and manage Time Windows and Submit Frames for job execution.
- Configure new connections and workflows independently.
- Develop custom scripts to create project-specific job definitions.
- Manage RMJ custom roles and ensure proper role-based access.
- Work with RMJ Insights and customized Dashboard requirements
- Provide operational support and troubleshoot scheduling issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and performance optimization.
- Document processes, configurations, and operational guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with RunMyJobs job scheduling tool.
- Expertise in SAP, BTP, and other integration.
- Hands-on experience with catalog connectors and REST API connections.
- Proficiency in configuring Time Windows and Submit Frames.
- Ability to develop custom scripts for job definitions.
- Knowledge of RMJ custom roles.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently on daily operations
