We are hiring for Non voice role with minimum 6 months of experience into customer service.
Role & responsibilities:
Handles customer or internal requests through written communication channels such as email, chat, or system updates no voice calls. Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing tools. Process requests such as order updates, account changes, refunds, or data corrections. Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems. Meet productivity, accuracy, and SLA targets. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and quality of non-voice interactions.

*24/7 shifts and rotational week offs (5 days working a week)
*Two-way cab facility only in night shift within
*Screen customers against sanctions, PEP, and watchlists .Assess customer risk levels (low / medium / high).Review periodic KYC refreshes and remediation cases. Document findings and maintain audit-ready records.
*Candidate who is comfortable working from office can apply

NOTE -NO WORK FROM HOME OR NO HYBRID
Transport policy- Cab will be provided within 25kms radius from office location and Cab will be provided only in night shift.
