Promote and market IDFC financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment solutions through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products accordingly.
Provide accurate information about products, features, and benefits to customers.
Consistently achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Maintain and update customer details in the system/database accurately.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers.
Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to ensure smooth closure of cases.
Ensure all processes are followed in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Basic understanding of banking and financial products (preferred).
Good command over English and any one of the following languages:
Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Odiya, Malayalam
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Graduate in any discipline.
0 to 1 year of experience in sales (Tele-sales experience preferred).
Good problem-solving skills and customer-handling ability.
Energetic, confident, and result-oriented approach.
Interviews will be scheduled only from Monday to Friday.
