Job Description

Job Title: Tele sales Executive Associate

1. Sell IDFC financial products (e.g., loans, credit cards, insurance, investments) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls.

2. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.

3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

4. Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.

5. Update customer records and database.

6. Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

7. Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

9. Familiarity with financial products (desirable)

10. Proficiency in English and *Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Odiya and Malayalam.

Requirements:

1. Graduate degree (any discipline)

2. 0-1 years of sales experience (tele sales preferred)

3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment .

5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Note : Interviews can only be scheduled in between Monday- Friday.
