Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Tirunelveli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and supervising civil construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time projects and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction works as per drawings and specifications
- Supervise site activities including labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and material requisitions
- Ensure quality standards, safety norms, and compliance with statutory regulations
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of RCC, Quantity Surveying, Estimation & Billing
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project
- Understanding of construction standards, safety norms, and quality control
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently at the site
