About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Voice Over Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in dubbing and have experience using recent AI voice-generation and voice-modulation tools. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality voice work across a wide range of characters, tones, and ethnicitieswhile ensuring the output feels authentic, natural, and non-robotic.
Key Responsibilities
Create and modulate voices for multiple characters, age groups, and ethnicities while maintaining realism and clarity.
Use AI tools (e.g., Hume, ElevenLabs, Respeecher, etc.) to enhance or generate voice assets when required.
Collaborate closely with directors, sound engineers, and creative teams to achieve the desired performance and tone.
Experiment with AI-based voice models to improve workflow and produce unique vocal profiles.
Record, edit, and deliver high-quality audio files as per project guidelines.
Maintain consistency in vocal performance across episodes, languages, and character arcs.
Stay updated on emerging AI audio and voice technologies to continually refine skills and optimize production processes.
Understand the emotion, character and tone of the script provided, and deliver accordingly.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Voice Over Artist, ideally with a robust dubbing portfolio.
Demonstrated understanding of voice modulation, vocal projection, and performance techniques.
Practical hands-on knowledge of AI voice tools such as Hume, ElevenLabs, Descript, Resemble AI, or similar.
Ability to manipulate and refine AI-generated voices to avoid robotic or unnatural tonalities.
Excellent pronunciation, diction, pacing, and emotional delivery.
Strong adaptability, creativity, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience in multilingual voice work.
Knowledge of sound design or audio engineering.
Prior experience training or fine-tuning AI voice models.
Background in theater, performance arts, or acting
