Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications, ensuring that the solutions meet the needs of various stakeholders while adhering to project timelines and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a productive environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME.- Facilitate Scrum Framework and Agile Practices:- Team Coaching and development.- Proactively Manage and Remove Impediments- Facilitate and Communicate Collaboration- Monitor, Measure and Report on Team Performance- Technical Guidance and Support- Champion Agile Principles and continuous Improvement - Supporting Product owners- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:-
Requires technical background and an in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM/SAFE, to bridge the gap between development team and stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.-
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Agile Project Management.- Facilitating Agile Practices and guiding cross-functional team to deliver high quality software solutions.- Lead various work streams. Have end to end ownership of the work streams including planning, project tracking, third party engagement, risk management, budgets etc.- Adapt an agile way of to deliver business outcomes as part of the work streams.- Strong relationship management skills with proven history in dealing with stakeholders and globally distributed project teams.- Willingness to engage with business users and key IT stakeholders responsibility and manage expectations.- Engaging Multiple upstream and downstream team and working with them.- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.- Experience in stakeholder management and communication.- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.- Familiarity with project management tools and software. Additional Information:-
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
