Job Description

Department - Maintenance

Education - B.E. /B. Tech Civil

Experience - 10-12 years of experience in Contract Management Reporting to Functional Head

Job Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility of procurement of CIVIL related jobs carried out in Maintenance department

- Responsibility of Vendor developments

- Responsibility to review technical specification, BOQ.

- Overall responsibility of comparative statements, Negotiations with vendors.

- Conduct the procurement analysis, Vendor evaluation.

- Coordinate with various dept across the company & Prepare trackers of various activity

- Negotiate and prepare rank orders.

- Establish guidelines for techno commercial ratings of vendors.

- Responsible for making rate contracts with vendors

- Responsible for rate analysis ,Expanse analysis on monthly quarterly basis.

- Review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine best price.

Skills - Good negotiation skills, Good problem solving & analytical skills, good knowledge of SAP, MS office proficiency- good excel, word, PPT, team leading
