Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily food and beverage operations and schedules
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery of food items
Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing purchase orders
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Support event planning, meetings, and special functions related to F&B
Handle employee attendance, duty rosters, and documentation
Assist in billing, invoices, and cost control tracking
Address basic guest or employee queries related to F&B services
Prepare reports and maintain records as required by management

Requirements & Skills:

Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
1-3 years of experience in food & beverage operations or coordination
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
