Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute performance test plans using Load Runner and JMeter.
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics to ensure optimal application performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test findings and recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BTech, BCA, B.E, or BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-9 years of experience in performance testing with proficiency in Load Runner and JMeter.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and identify performance issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Proven track record of successful performance testing in complex software environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate testing results and recommendations.
