Job Description
Role & responsibilities Drive revenue and occupancy targets
- Generate leads through IPCs, brokers, local networks, referrals, and online platforms
- Manage the full sales cycle tours, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing members, broker partners, and local
business communities
- Ensure the new centre is always tour-ready, coordinating with Operations for daily upkeep, readiness, and
seamless onboarding
- Support basic centre responsibilities such as addressing member queries, coordinating meeting room
bookings, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day member experience
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales pipelines, forecasts, and weekly reports
- Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the Bangalore
ecosystem
- Assist in organizing community interactions or networking sessions to help build the center's culture and
member engagement
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4 - 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the co-working industry
- Strong communication skills with Kannada proficiency mandatory
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle basic Centre coordination independently
