Multiple Medical Coding & Leadership Roles

We are hiring experienced medical coding professionals for multiple roles across locations. Candidates with strong specialty knowledge and leadership/training exposure are encouraged to apply.

• Radiology Coder Chennai
• Surgery Coder Hyderabad | Chennai
• Surgery Trainer Bangalore
• E&M Trainer Chennai
• ED Facility & ProFee Team Lead Coimbatore
• Surgery Lead Analyst Chennai
  

Experience Required

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in the respective specialty
• Minimum 1 year experience as Trainer / QA / Team Lead (on paper or off paper)
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong hands-on experience in respective specialty coding
• Good knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and payer guidelines
• Exposure to audits, training, mentoring, or team handling
• Certification: Any medical coding certification accepted (AAPC / AHIMA or equivalent)
  

Job Responsibilities (Role-Based)

• Handle specialty-specific coding with high accuracy
• Perform quality checks, audits, or team mentoring (for Trainer/TL roles)
• Support process improvement and compliance standards
• Guide coders on coding guidelines and productivity
• Manage deliverables, quality metrics, and client requirements (Lead/TL roles)

• Package: Up to 11 LPA
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
• Work Mode: Work From Office
