Moolaah, an independent wealth-tech ecosystem owned by iAltinvest Private Ltd (a SEBI-registered Investment Advisory), is expanding its sales leadership team. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can drive B2B growth by building strong partnerships across the BFSI ecosystem.

Role Overview:
This role is focused on developing and managing intermediary relationships across Mutual Fund companies, Mutual Fund Distributors, Insurance companies, and Stock Broking houses. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving product adoption, and expanding Moolaah's presence in the B2B financial distribution space.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage BFSI intermediaries and partners

Promote Moolaah's wealth-tech and private wealth solutions to B2B clients

Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets

Conduct market research and track industry trends and competitors

Work closely with marketing and internal teams on lead generation and growth strategies

Prepare presentations, negotiate commercials, and close partnerships

Represent Moolaah at industry events and networking forums
Candidate Profile:

Graduate/MBA with 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in BFSI

Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Broking ecosystem

Proven track record in channel development and relationship management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
