Job Description
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Clearly explain job roles, responsibilities, and company details to candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring status.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates for long-term engagement.
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: 1-2 years in Recruitment, HR, Tele calling, or Sales
- Skills: Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Personality: Polite, persuasive, and confident
- Personal laptop/desktop
- Stable internet connection
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Salary: Based on experience and performance
