Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Job Location

 Hyderabad
Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally for international clients

• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and requests efficiently

• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate or Intermediate (10+2)

• Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome

  • Minimum 6 months of experience preferred for experienced roles

• Skills Required:

  • Good to excellent English communication skills

  • Customer-oriented approach

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts

Salary Package

• Freshers: 3 LPA (Approx. 18,000 take-home per month)

• 6 Months Experience: 3.2 LPA (Approx. 19,000 take-home per month)

• 12 Months Experience: 3.6 LPA (Approx. 22,000 take-home per month)

Work Schedule

• 5 days working

• 2 rotational week offs

• Rotational shifts including night shifts

---

Transportation

• Two-way cab facility provided

---
