Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Leader of around 15+ years of exp. to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical vision, guide architecture decisions, mentor teams, and partner closely with business and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Technical Expertise in Core Sales cloud
- Own end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture across clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Platform).
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, data models, and security frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and governance standards.
- Drive platform scalability, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction.
- Good to have CPQ Experience.
Delivery & Execution
- Lead large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.
- Review and approve technical designs, code, and deployment strategies.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and release management.
- Resolve complex technical issues and provide hands-on support when needed.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead, mentor, and grow Salesforce developers, technical leads, and architects.
- Conduct technical reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best-practice workshops.
- Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to business leaders and clients.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and technical estimations when required.
Integration & Ecosystem
- Design and manage integrations with external systems .
- Ensure secure and compliant data exchange using REST/SOAP APIs.
