Role & responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team in developing scalable, modular AI-powered microservices and integrations.
Translate architectural blueprints into high-quality, production-grade implementations.
Drive LLM integration, prompt engineering, and context management using APIs and vector stores.
Collaborate with architects on AI pipeline optimization, testing automation, and data ingestion frameworks.
Ensure code quality, security compliance, and performance optimization across modules.
Mentor engineers and enforce SOLID principles, CI/CD best practices, and DevOps automation.
Work closely with product owners to deliver AI-driven features on time and at scale. Required Skills & Experience:
4 to 8 years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in AI / LLM-based solution development. ? Proficiency in Python, FastAPI / Flask, and cloud services (Azure / AWS / GCP).
Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.), LangChain, and vector databases (FAISS / Chroma / OpenSearch).
Solid understanding of API development, microservice architecture, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
