Test Lead @ Agap Technologies

Job Description

• Define and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and standards to enhance testing

efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

• 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end STLC implementation and exposure to test

automation for Web/Mobile applications in Agile environments.

• Should have a experience in PLM processes, including all stages of the product lifecycle,

from initial concept and design through manufacturing, service, and end-of-life/disposal

• Domain knowledge of any one major PLM tool such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia
• Added advantage if the candidate has end-to-end testing expertise across various PLM

modules, workflows, and system integrations, enabling them to support and guide PLM

testing activities

• Expertise in at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, PlayWright, etc.) and integration

with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.

• Experience on UAT of Enterprise web applications
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define testing requirements
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring to team
• Manage testing across multiple modules, projects, and environments, ensuring timely and

quality delivery.

• Proficient in JIRA for test management, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
