Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and strategies using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Maintain and update testing scripts to ensure they meet current requirements and standards.
• Continuously monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in performance testing.
• Educational background in MTECH/ME, MSC, MCA, BCA, BSC, BTECH/BE.
• Proficiency in using performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in identifying and troubleshooting performance issues in complex systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of working in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
