Job Description
Objectives of this role
- Develop custom python libraries and data structures for data processing
- should be able to create data ingestion, curation and validation pipeline for AI model data fine tuning
- Keep current with technical and industry developments
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead developer to identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our product capabilities, and work closely with the engineering team in the development of data products
- Develop libraries in python, spark, or other equivalent programming languages
- Should have hands on experience in data modeling, processing, and categorization of data
- Execute analytical experiments to help solve problems
- Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs, and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables
- Analyze data for trends and patterns, and interpret data with clear objectives in mind
- Implement analytical models in production by collaborating with software developers and machine-learning engineers
Required skills and qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in Python, big data analytics or AI/Gen AI development projects
- Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis
- Good knowledge of AI based python libraries and usage.
- Should possess hands on experience in AI/Gen AI based development projects
- Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI /any reporting tools , SQL, and programming languages (ex: Java/Python, SAS)
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, research-oriented group
