Job Description
Position Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee
Location: Pantnagar , Uttarakhand
Plant: Endurance Technologies Ltd, Plot nos. 3 and 7, Sector 10, I.I.E Pantnagar, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand.
Offered Grade: T-O2 (Trainee- Senior Engineer)
Nature of Employment: On-roll, Full-time, On-site
Offered CTC - 3.75 LPA (inclusive of Employer PF & Gratuity & Group Accident Insurance)
Qualification:
Mandatory : BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or Manufacturing Engg.
Experience:
Number of Years : Fresher (Entry Level) to 1 year
Age group- 21 ~ 26 yrs.
Gender: Female
Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:
1) Basic knowledge of various manufacturing processes like Forging, Machining, Heat Treatment etc.
2) Basic knowledge of understanding Machining processes.
3) Basic knowledge of the working of automobiles.
Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement:
1) Should be able to coordinate between different production lines, supervisors to achieve given targets.
2) Should be capable of dealing with both on roll & contractual manpower.
3) Good communication skills.
4) Should be interested to work in both a shop-floor as well as an office environment.
Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:
1) Willingness to work in Production department.
2) Timely disposition of rework and rejection with action plan for the same.
3) Training to all operating manpower and subordinates.
4) Adherence of improvements and poka-yokes installed on the line. Maintaining process control.
Points to be noted.
1) You will undergo a one-year training period, followed by a six-month probation period.
2) Immediate joiners are required.
