Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Configure and customize Siebel CRM using Siebel Tools and Siebel Web Tools
Work on Siebel Call Center, Partner, and eService modules
Design, develop, test, and validate:

Business Components
Business Objects
Applets
Views
Workflows

Manage repository changes, workspace updates, and version control
Perform issue analysis and troubleshooting across development, test, and production environments
Support end-to-end Siebel configuration lifecycle, including deployment and validation
Assist with Siebel to AWS migration activities, including:

Integration updates
Deployment process changes
Runtime configuration adjustments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and scalable solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Siebel CRM configuration
Proficiency in Siebel Tools and Siebel Web Tools
Experience working in multi-environment setups
Good analytical and problem-solving skill

Preferred candidate profile

Exposure to cloud migration (AWS) is a strong advantage
