We are hiring energetic and diligent Managers for a leading Life Insurance Company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit potential Insurance Advisors
Drive business targets through recruited advisors
Coach and mentor advisors to improve productivity
Prepare sales strategies and ensure achievement of assigned targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 24 to 43 years
Qualification: Minimum Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel (Mandatory)

Salary:

CTC up to 6.0 LPA (Depending on experience and performance)
