Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Create and post job openings on relevant job portals, company platforms, and social media channels. Source and attract qualified candidates through online job boards, databases, referrals, and professional networks. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
2. Screening & Evaluation: Review and evaluate resumes to assess alignment with job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Shortlist and present suitable candidates to hiring managers.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across PAN India locations. Ensure timely communication and logistical support for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Collect and consolidate feedback from interview panels.
4. Client and Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients regarding hiring progress and candidate status. Foster long-term relationships with candidates to enhance talent networks and referrals. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
5. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions. Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for internal and client review. Ensure all recruitment processes comply with industry best practices and company policies
