Key Responsibilities:
Manage strategic relationships with bank branches to increase penetration
Drive sales through partner training, joint calls, and engagement initiatives
Lead and manage Relationship Managers / Sales Managers across locations
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and partner productivity
Ensure quality sourcing, persistency, and regulatory compliance

Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of total sales experience Life Insurance Banca channel,
with at least 2- 3 years of team management experience is mandatory.
