Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls professionally
- Interact with US healthcare stakeholders (patients, providers, insurance companies)
- Collect, verify, and update patient and insurance information
- Assist with appointment details, claim status, authorizations, and eligibility checks
- Document call details accurately in internal systems
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
- Resolve queries within defined TAT and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable with US accent and international calling standards
- Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (claims, eligibility, billing, authorizations)
- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
- Ability to work with CRM, calling tools, and healthcare applications
- Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts
