Job Description
- Assist in overseeing daily campus operations including food, accommodations, security, general affairs, and emergency response.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve contract, process, system, and accounting issues in compliance with group policies.
- Monitor service quality, participate in satisfaction surveys, and follow up on improvement actions.
- Assist in developing the annual operating budget and monitoring expenditures to ensure cost control.
- Participate in campus projects, assisting from planning to execution.
- Carry out asset management tasks including asset registration, tagging, movement and disposal tracking, supporting regular inventories, and ensuring data accuracy
