Job Description
- Own product discovery for assigned problem areas by leading customer calls, defining requirements, and mapping end-to-end operational workflows
- Drive prioritization inputs by synthesizing customer pain points, business impact, and technical constraints to influence roadmap decisions
- Own pre-sales product engagements including demos, API walkthroughs, and prospect-specific solution design in partnership with sales
- Act as the product owner for onboarding and customer success, unblocking teams, resolving product gaps, and driving faster customer adoption
- Serve as the quality owner for releases by leading rigorous UAT, validating real-world edge cases, and ensuring production readiness with engineering
- Analyze product usage and operational data to identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and high-impact product bets
- Build internal tools, automations, and workflows that materially reduce onboarding time and manual effort
