CTC: Up to 3.9 LPA

We are hiring Relationship Managers to drive life insurance sales through the Bank network. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with banca or insurance sales experience looking for stable growth and nationwide exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive life insurance sales through mapped Bank branches

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials

• Conduct joint customer meetings and product presentations

• Achieve assigned premium and policy targets

• Train and support  staff on insurance products

• Ensure compliance, documentation, and timely MIS reporting

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1 - 4 years in Life Insurance / Bancassurance sales

• Education: Graduate in any discipline

• Skills:

  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills

  • Target-driven sales mindset

  • Comfortable working with bank partners
