Title: Senior QA Engineer
Skills: Manual Testing in (Capital Market, Investment Banking & Wealth Management)
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Hyderabad
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days.
We at Coforge are hiring a Senior QA Engineer with the following skill-set:
- Highly competent in QA analysis and testing for Asset & Wealth Management applications, with exposure to Portfolio Management platforms and Taiko (mandatory).
- Build, execute, and maintain test cases for Power Platform Apps, Power Automate flows, APIs, and enterprise automation solutions, leveraging both manual and automated testing frameworks.
- Lead QA test phases, including functional, regression, and warranty testing, using tools such as Rally for test management and Confluence for functional documentation.
- Analyze business and system requirements to ensure test coverage aligned with investment domain workflows and regulatory expectations.
- Support and troubleshoot automation test failures, perform defect logging, retesting, and validation of fixes.
- Own defect lifecycle management, including defect submission, root cause analysis (RCA), resolution validation, and closure.
- Review, rewrite, and optimize manual test cases to prepare them for automation readiness.
- Proactively identify quality gaps and implement process improvements to reduce warranty issues in future program increments (PSIs).
- Assist in release and regression testing execution, ensuring production stability and risk mitigation.
- Prepare and deliver daily status reporting and test metrics to management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to support UAT, demos, and change validation activities.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of wealth management and private banking domains, including products, operating platforms, and industry dynamics.
