We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer HRSD with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting HR Service Delivery modules. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of overall ServiceNow experience, with minimum 2 years in HRSD implementation.
Total Experience: 4-6 Years
Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center
- Lifecycle Events
- Knowledge Management
- Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:
- Workflows
- Business Rules
- UI Policies
- Client Scripts
- Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and best practices within the HRSD platform.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform rootcause analysis, and optimize platform performance.
- Support release activities, deployments, and HRSD enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with HRSD implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR service delivery workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to ITSM modules is an added advantage.
