SME Video & Recording Enablement @ Hurix

Job Description

It will be a contract position. This will be on 3rd party pay role on contract for 1 year.

Role Purpose
Owns and executes SME readiness for home-based video and screencast recording, ensuring high-quality recordings and smooth SME participation.

Required Profile / Experience

• Experience in home video recording and screencasts
• Strong ability to coach non-professional presenters remotely
• Experience leading a small team is preferred
  

Key Responsibilities

• Screen SMEs for recording and tool readiness
• Train SMEs on home recording best practices
• Confirm audio/video environment readiness
• Identify and escalate media readiness risks
• Mentor team members in SME video enablement
• Conduct tool and setup walkthroughs
• Track SME media readiness
• Support SMEs through setup issues
