Ticketing ExecutiveRole Overview:
We are looking for a Ticketing Executive with a strong flair for hospitality to manage and handle villa reservations through both online and offline booking channels. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth booking experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all villa reservations and bookings via online platforms, phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
Coordinate with internal teams to confirm availability, pricing, and booking details
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and booking requests
Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation systems regularly
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out coordination with operations teams
Upsell services and maximize occupancy through effective communication
Handle customer concerns and resolve booking-related issues efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to communicate in Tamil and Hindi
Strong customer service and hospitality orientation
Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems or online portals
Experience:
Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality bookings is an added advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in hospitality may also apply
